1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This website is operated by Pokemon Card JP Online, an individual seller located in Japan.

We sell trading cards, including items graded by
Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA).

All graded cards are sold as final sale items.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for graded cards, including but not limited to:

By purchasing a graded card, the buyer acknowledges that grading standards are determined solely by the grading company.

Payments are securely processed via
Stripe.

We reserve the right to:

Fraud prevention tools such as 3D Secure and address verification may be used.

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us.

In case of a dispute, we may provide:

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to Stripe and relevant authorities.

Orders are shipped from Japan.

For orders over $500, signature confirmation may be required.

Once tracking confirms delivery, the transaction is considered complete.

We are not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or carrier delays after dispatch.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
